TokyoMTG’s Lucky Bag (Fukubukuro) 2025 & New Year Holiday / Akihabara Store announcement!

<Regarding the end-of-year and New Years Holiday at TokyoMTG>

・TokyoMTG Akihabara will be closed from December 30th to January 1st.
・On January 2nd and 3rd, we will be open from 12:00 to 19:00 (no playspace on January 2), and regular business hours will resume from January 4th.
・Customer support will be closed from December 30th to January 1st.
・For online orders, orders with confirmed payment received by December 28th will be shipped on December 29th as the final shipment of the year.
・The new year's shipments will start sequentially from January 2nd. (There may be variations due to the confirmation of payments during the year-end and New Year period.)
・Regarding the in-store pick-up of Lucky Bags, it will be available only on January 2nd and 3rd. If you are unable to come on these dates, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will have to cancel your order. Please understand in advance.

〜What is the TokyoMTG Fukubukuro/Lucky bag?～

・The Lucky Bags contain unopened items such as single cards, packs, supplies, and miscellaneous goods. (Art Lucky Bags mainly contain art-related items.)
・Regarding the in-store pick-up of Lucky Bags, it will be available only on January 2nd and 3rd. If you are unable to come on these dates, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will have to cancel your order. Please understand in advance.
・We have prepared Lucky Bags in various categories. Please check the category-specific descriptions for details.
・The contents are created to have a total value of approximately 120% to 150% based on our selling price criteria.
・This time, all lucky bags can be returned so that customers can purchase with peace of mind. The eligible reasons for return are "contents that do not match the theme of the category" or "contents that do not match the value of the selling price." If you receive a Lucky Bag that falls under either of these two reasons, please contact us with your order number using the inquiry form.
・Although regular customer support is suspended, we are accepting inquiries regarding Lucky Bag orders. Please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form.
・Returns cannot be accepted based on the reason "the contents do not match the desired cards." All return requests will be judged according to our criteria. If you are specifically looking for certain cards, we recommend placing a single card order.
・Lucky Bags in the Constructed Format category may contain cards of higher rarity versions.
・There is a possibility of getting Foil cards even in non-Foil Lucky Bags.
・If you purchase the same product, there is a possibility of duplicate contents.
・Access to the website may be temporarily unavailable due to high traffic immediately after the start of sales. We apologize, but please understand in advance that it is not guaranteed that you will be able to purchase the desired Lucky Bag. If the page cannot be displayed, we recommend trying again after a short period of time.
・Due to high access volume, it may take some time to send the order confirmation email. After placing an order, please check the "Order History" page in your user account to confirm whether the order has been placed.
